If you are having a problem with the clipper, please leave a comment on the blog and answer the following questions:
- Your operating system (Windows, Mac, etc.)
- Your browser and version (Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, etc.)
- A link to the page you're trying to clip from
- A detailed description of the problem you're seeing. For example, "The clipper window doesn't show up at all." or "The green outline doesn't appear when I mouse over the image I want to clip." or "After I click the Import button, the item doesn't show up in My Items."
Update (July 24) : We managed to fix some bugs, but if you're still seeing issues, trying clearing your browser cache by following these instructions. If you're still seeing problems, report them in the comments. Thanks!

okk so I am having A LOT of problems with my polyvoree!!! =[
It won't let me fave a set, or leave a comment. Also, you know how when you are looking at a set and in the top right corner of the page it shows like three of the next sets from that person?!? Well that isn't there. also, I can't save an item into my items. tear tear.

There is no links folder/file/toolbar on my computer. So where do I put the file + i saved it in the dell folder and it just says cant import picture whenever i try to make it work that way.

"Links folder is missing" 4 hours later of trying numerous IE7 fixes to locate the links folder to no avail. Upgraded to IE 8 still no links folder.
