If you are having a problem with the clipper, please leave a comment on the blog and answer the following questions:
- Your operating system (Windows, Mac, etc.)
- Your browser and version (Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, etc.)
- A link to the page you're trying to clip from
- A detailed description of the problem you're seeing. For example, "The clipper window doesn't show up at all." or "The green outline doesn't appear when I mouse over the image I want to clip." or "After I click the Import button, the item doesn't show up in My Items."
Update (July 24) : We managed to fix some bugs, but if you're still seeing issues, trying clearing your browser cache by following these instructions.
