The bubble dress/skirt trend started back in 2006 and continues to live on, even making an appearance in some of the 2009 resort collections, such as Erin Fetherston's. Do you think it's time for this trend to die, or do you plan to rock the bubble skirt well into 2009?
i just wore a bubble dress for my birthday in may. needless to say it was a HUGE hit. i loved it when i first saw it and the retail clerk actually suggested it for me. i got a lot of compliments at the store while i was buying it! bubble skirts and dresses are here to stay...for now at least!
agreee with last post; skirts = in, dresses = hideous and please remain in the back of the closet never to be seen again or until I need material for my next sewing project.
You're original post was in the year 2008--and, guess what? Bubble skirts are still in style; I also think that it is evolving into the "tulip" skirt and the "draped" skirts..... Women loved these style, because it is really easy to wear!!
