We're excited to announce the winners of the Fashion Capitals contest! Polyvorians were invited to create looks around one of the four fashion capitals: Milan, London, Paris or New York City. With 5359 fantastic entries, this was a very difficult contest to judge! We selected 12 sets that we felt captured the spirit of these cities.
