Halloween Costume Idea #4: Catwoman
Our fourth Halloween costume suggestion is sexy supervillain Catwoman. It's a simple, economical costume to put together. Just wear tons of black (which you can probably find in your existing wardrobe) and a cat mask. You can buy a cat mask for as little as $9.99 at Spirit Halloween. Add shiny black leggings or a corset if you want to vamp it up. Here are a few different variations on Catwoman:
