How To Wear a Little Blue Dress

Your classic LBD, or little black dress, will always be good to you. But the fashion gods have spoken, and it looks like the little blue dress is on the rise! For day time, try a navy blue shade. For night, go for a royal/sapphire shade to make your dress pop! Mix with black for a "bruised" look or with neutrals to lighten the look up for the daytime.
