Pop Culture Watch: Teen Choice Awards

The annual Teen Choice Awards were held earlier this week, which honors the year's biggest achievements in music, movies, fashion, television and more. Each year, the hottest celebrities come out to support the award show where teens 13-19 get to cast the popular vote. One of the highlights this year was the debut of Kim Kardashian's new blonde hair. Britney Spears also walked away with 2009's Ultimate Choice Award.
