I love the idea! It can't fall of or anything, though little spontaneity is always good, so scarws can look good if you just drop them on you, or when they take their own shape during the day.
These are also called Infinity neck ring scarves and can be in various lengths and fabrics. Great,too, for draping over your head for those windy days. (Very silver screen!)
