They're an accessory that covers the top of shoes that first became popular in the late 19th century. Today, you can find shoes that have a built-in look or you can buy removable spats, like these from Dekkori that can be worn on any pair of shoes you have. We're obsessed with spats at Fashion Me Fabulous. We've found some great Etsy shops that sell them as we can't afford the designer versions.
