Problems Accessing Polyvore?

LATEST UPDATE:
We've switched to another DNS server, which should fix the problem some of you have been experiencing. Please try accessing Polyvore.com again and let us know if you continue to have problems.
____________________________________________________________

UPDATE:

As far as we can tell, this issue does not have anything to do with the operating system or browser you use. The problem is with DNS, the internet service that tells your browser how to find Polyvore's server when you type "polyvore.com." Our DNS service provider is looking into this problem, but it may take them some time to completely fix it. We are also setting up a second DNS service that'll hopefully prevent this from happening again in the future. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Special thanks to those of you who have sent us the information we requested!
_________________________________________________________________

Thanks to all of you who have written in to us about not being able to access Polyvore. We're working on diagnosing the issue and need your help. If you're experiencing issues, please leave a comment with answers to the following questions:

What's your geo-location (city/country)?
What operating system do you use?
Please help us diagnose the problem by following these steps:

For windows users:

1. Click the "start" button, the click "run...". type "cmd" and press enter. A command line window should open. All following commands should be typed into this window. Please press "enter" after typing each command.
2. Type "ipconfig /all".
3. Type "ping www.polyvore.com"
4. Type "ping img1.polyvoreimg.com"
5. Type "ping img2.polyvoreimg.com"
6. Type "ping cdn.polyvore.com"
7. Type "ping ns33.domaincontrol.com"
8. Type "ping ns34.domaincontrol.com"
9. Type "ping ns51.domaincontrol.com"
10. Type "ping ns52.domaincontrol.com"
11. Please send us the output of all above commands. An easy way to do this is to click the icon at the top left corner of the command window, then select "edit"->"select all", then select "copy" from the same edit window. This should copy the entire window that you can then paste to your post.

For mac users:
1. Open a Terminal window by launching Applications --> Utilities --> Terminal. A terminal window should open. All following commands should be typed into this window. Please press "enter" after typing each command.
2. Type "cat /etc/resolv.conf"
3. Type "ping www.polyvore.com"
4. Type "ping img1.polyvoreimg.com"
5. Type "ping img2.polyvoreimg.com"
6. Type "ping cdn.polyvore.com"
7. Type "ping ns33.domaincontrol.com"
8. Type "ping ns34.domaincontrol.com"
9. Type "ping ns51.domaincontrol.com"
10. Type "ping ns52.domaincontrol.com"
11. Please send us the output of all above commands.

Whenever I click on polyvore, my page/set turns up as usual for a few seconds. I then dissapears, leaving a blank page, and the tab at the top of the page just says 'Polyvore' with the little icon. I'm only 11, so I'm not sure what I should do, and it's really annoying!

and i really like polyvore i had no problems the first year i think its because of all the new changes they have done with the website

Hi. I cannot access the website AT ALL- whenever I try to log in, it simply refuses. I can't get past the start page, and I can't access either of my accounts. It is so annoying- I have to give a set presentation on another website, which I CANNOT DO if the website is down! Please, PLEASE fix this problem, it's really annoying me, especially as the other users on the website where I'm to present my set, they can all access theirs. It's just me, and it's so annoying. I'm accessing via Internet Explorer. I don't have Google Chrome. and it is on Windows 7. It honestly feelis like I've had my accounts deleted. I would really appreciate if this problem could be dealt with ASAP.

Hi, logging into Polyvore isn't a problem for me, but the Editor is becoming quite annoying as it is not fully loading.
The images in the editor will not load. It has been like this for quite a few weeks. I thought it might have gone away, but it hasn't. It is odd because everything works fine on my IPod.

There are no products, like no skirts, bags, shoes etc. It just says no matching items found. I normally use Mozilla Firefox, but it doesn't work with Google Chrome either. I never had this problem before.

I live in Alkmaar, the Netherlands and use Windows.
