Garmz Mini Editor: Style the Elle Shorts!

Here at Polyvore we love to see our friends in the industry revolutionizing fashion. Garmz is a Vienna based start-up that is democratizing fashion and helping young designers jumpstart their careers. Here's how it works: Designers submit a design, designers gets instant feedback from a worldwide audience and then Garmz manufactures the best designs! The finished piece is then sold through the Garmz webshop to customers worldwide.

Garmz is releasing their first item next week called the Elle Shorts. The Elle Shorts are designed by Simon Winkelmüller, a Viennese fashion student and founder of the label W.INK. Simon adores the new New York designer generation, especially Proenza Schouler, and combines the young and fresh spirit with European elements. Taking a closer look at Elle Shorts – a signature piece of Simon's work - you will recognize the chic elements of American Ready-To-Wear and the sophisticated touch of Paris. Urban chic, draped with poetry.

To celebrate the production of their first design, Garmz is running a contest using the Polyvore Mini Editor to see how fashionistas will style the shorts. Be creative and create your own set featuring the Elle Shorts and some of the other items selected by the Garmz editors and win a goodie bag including a pair of the shorts as soon as they are in the Garmz webshop! Official contest rules can be found here.

The contest will run from today until October 18th. Submit your set via the Mini Editor below or on the Garmz blog. Ready, steady, go!
