Here’s more about our Guest Style Correspondents:
Hailing from Romania, lalixie created a lovely set for “The Help” that featured ladylike flowers, a cloth coat, a quilted Chanel bag, pearls and a pink cardigan with a matching skirt.
A graphic designer from New Jersey, Molly Adrianson, aka gokarm, was one of the first thousand people to join Polyvore! She highlighted the deco look of “The Artist” with a beaded, drop-waist dress, t-straps, ropes of pearls and a feathered headband.
Coco is diegolohve’s nickname, and she does love Chanel – there’s a Chanel clutch and a Chanel pearl choker in her set highlighting “Midnight in Paris.” She also featured a feathered and crystal-embellished Matthew Williamson dress, Ileana Makri diamond drop earrings and gold Louboutins.
Diana Vreeland, Isadora Duncan and Marlene Dietrich are fifth-avenue-style’s inspirations. Her set illustrating “The Artist” certainly shows the high glamour and drama of those icons, with a sleek dress and bag from The Row, Oscar de la Renta gold-heeled pumps and a Valentino coat.
Congratulations to lalixie, gokarm, diegolohve and fifth-avenue-style!
