If you have questions when using Polyvore, we want to make sure it’s easy for you to find an answer. We’ve made recent improvements to our Help Center design that we think you’ll find useful, including search functionality. With our new Help Center, you can easily browse by topic and search for related help content using keywords.
For example, if you want to know how to change your password, you can either click on the "Account, Sign in, and Register" category or simply type the query “password” in the search box. You’ll find all help content related to passwords and you can click on the appropriate answer to your question.
If you find an answer helpful, you can indicate so by clicking "Me too!" at the bottom left-hand side of the page.
We hope our Help Center covers everything, but in the event you can't find an answer to your question, you can click on the blue "Still have a question?" link to send us a message. Be sure sure to include your question along with details, your name and email address so that we can respond to you in a timely manner.
As always, we welcome any feedback you have to make the Help Center more useful for you. If there’s an FAQ you think we missed, please let us know!
