Fashion Week 411: See & Style the Best Runway Trends

With Fashion Week just around the corner, we made it easy for you to see and style the best from the runways, from New York to Paris. Whether you follow our Snapchat stories or browse our homepage on the regular, you can get the fashion 411 with Polyvore!

5 Ways to Get in on the Fashion Week Action

1. Check out our homepage daily.

New today, the Fashion Week feature is your go-to for the coolest collections coming down the runway, the hottest trends you’ve gotta see and tips for how to get the looks off the runway, right now. You’ll also find awesome Fashion Week sets created by our community.

2. Follow our SS16 NYFW Community Correspondents, Style Icons Haley (AKA pagesbyhayley) and Annie (AKA rosyfilm).

These two fabulous Style Icons will be reporting LIVE from Fashion Week on Snapchat (polyvore), Instagram (@polyvore) and in sets on our homepage. Expect action from the runways, behind the scenes and on the stylish streets of NYC.

3. Use #PolyvoreNYFW to see all the action and to share your own sets.

We’ll be tagging all things Fashion Week on Polyvore, Instagram and Twitter using #PolyvoreNYFW. Show us how YOU’D style your favorite runway looks by tagging your sets, too! We can’t wait to see what you come up with.

4. Don’t miss Yahoo! Style Live on September 11th.

Tune in online at 10 AM ET and you may spot our Fashion Editor, Amy Wicks, alongside THE Joe Zee, chatting about runway shows and styles from Fashion Week.

5. Enter a Polyvore contest.

From Sept 8th - 13th, we’ll be holding a Rebecca Minkoff contest where you’ll get a first look at her runway collection. Then, from Sept 11th - 13th, enter the Yahoo! Style contest.

What is your favorite thing about Fashion Week? Let us know!

Pinterest has launched a Fashion Week hub featuring boards from magazines, designers, beauty companies and models. The images are a combination of professional shots and behind-the-scenes snaps. If you’re going to be pinning, it’s a well-organized catalogue from which to pull.

I have to congratulate Annie because she was the only one doing a REAL job covering the NYFW, with a video on her youtube channel and plenty of photos on instagram, while I think the other one was just lazy and a waste of time and just went to enjoy herself and not to share with the community.

Many thanks to you Annie and a lot of love for sharing your experience with the rest of us <3 <3 <3 you rock!
