Hi! Well I am using Internet Explorer.
My problem is that everytime I click on a item to go in my set, the item doesn't show up on the screen/set.I am really bothered because I am not able to make sets.I don't know if it could just be my computer or if it's a problem of polyvore's that could easily be fixed....?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone got back to me on this. Thank you Polyvore:)

I use google chrome and everything is really slow. its not my computer...because i opened a new window and typed in a different website and it wasn't slow. when i try to fave a set...it takes a long time for it to save.

This is great thanks for addressing the problem and fixing it! polyvore is great i think a couple newer features we would love you mite could consider. like a rotate button, more than 50 items on a set and an icon so we no when our friends are on! thanks for making this site fun!

When I hit create a set, all of my items to the right do not show. I can click on the where the item should be and drag it over to create and it will show there, but it is totally blank below my grey tabs. I use IE. Help!

Polyvore always works fine on my computer but for some reason when i try to log onto Polyvore.com on my friend's computer then page never loads. Is there a certain plug in or something that he might not have for it to work? I don't understand.. the website will not load at all only on HIS computer. Do you know why?? (and PS i loved the scrolling!!)

i haven't made a set since the new changes were made because it's so slow on my computer. I'm running Windows XP & use Internet Explorer. the scrolling pages takes forever, and when i type in something in the search box, each individual letter takes like 10 seconds to load. it would be great if we could choose our own editor options. i.e. choosing between the editor guessing what you're looking for and not guessing. it would make it a lot easier on me and probably a lot of other polyvore users.

hi, i have internet explorer, and when i search something, it's still pretty slow but not as bad. one problem i'm having is: if i've found what im looking for i'll type in something different, and it'll go back to the page i was just on, so i have to click the search button again for it to go the correct page.

not much of a problem, and it doesnt take a lot of time for me to just click the search button again, but hey, if you can fix it, great(:

Thank you for helping :) I use Internet Explorer and the editor is especially slow when I scroll down to look at the rest of the page. Also, sometimes in my "closet", it won't like me see all of my items.

Hey, just wanted to say that I LOVE the bigger items! It was so annoying to not be able to see what the items look like when they were so small! I also liked the scrolling, because it worked just fine on my computer...do you think that you could make either one optional?
I also love the other new change the editor! It's so much easier to find items by being able to search by brand, price, and site!

Thanks for taking time to read this, and I hope you will consider making scrolling vs. pages optional!

I use internet explorer and everything from using my items to searching for an item is really slow. i think the old searching engine (where there were pages) was way better because it didnt make my computer freeze or shut down like the new editor does! =[

Thank you SO much for trying to make this problem better, except the problem is that the editor is even slower than before. The scrolling is much slower than the arrows and the pages. I can't make a set that's that good unless I have the items already saved in my Items that is in the first few items on the first page.

Like the comments below, I agree with them. We prefer the pages. It's so much faster!!

hi polyvore. yes i have also had alot of slowness on the editor page. the main problem seems to be that i cant reach the last page of my items. roughly about half way through all my items the page refuses to load up properly. instead it freezes. alternitively "internet explorer" will announce that the editor page contains a slow running script. please please could you sort this out polyvore. it driving me insane because i cant reach all my items and i dont have the time to go searching for them all again.

Ok, Well you did try to fix the problem i can see that. And thanks. But its still a little slow. it does load up a little faster than it used to but, after a FEW MINUTES of searching through some items to put on my set it starts to freaze. It takes a long time to find something i like to put in my set.

It does not matter if my items are stored on my library or if I'm trying to find it in the search bar. it still freeze up.

Once you SCROLL DOWN the bottom IT SAYS "LOADING" THEN IT FREEZES.

THEN IT SHOWS THE SMALL HOUR GLASS.
THEN IT SAY ON THE TOP RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN IT SAYS "BUSY" then it takes about 1 minute OR 2 to load up.

SIMETIMES IT SHOWS A WHITE SCREEN OVER THE SET. and if you don't 'consistently' "SAVING THE SET WHEN CREATING IT - it will simply freaze, and you will have to start all over again.

It only freezes when LOOKING for an item to put on ur set.

After the freezing i have to exit and close the window because there is no way i can come back. I will have to leave and close the window to access the Internet again.

I first i thought it was just my computer but i just bought the da** thing a few months ago. So its not my computer. Everyone is experiencing the same thing. I hear complains all the time;And it's not my Internet either its the fastest Internet possible. Ive had the Internet for 5 years and Ive used the Internet access in polyvore and Ive never had A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW.

So if you can fix that problem that be great. This did not used to happen until you changed the features. So something you did must be causing the freeze and the loading to be so slow.

Hi, I'm so happy what you guys do for us. I'm glad you are trying to make Polyvore better, that's why I'm posting. I've been having problems with: 50 item limit, and I agree with Kenzie. It's not the only problem, sadly. It keeps freezing up for me and I recently had my set deleted. At first I liked the scroll...now after trying to make sets for 2 days...I am unsure if I like it. It is slowing down & freezing up which it wasn't doing yesterday :(. And as for entering contests the scroll thing DOES SUCK....unless they make it so u can submit multiple entries at a time, I am not liking the scroll for entering the contests..before I could just go to the page # to enter what I wanted for contests. i'm using internet explorer and i haven't really noticed a change in the speed of loading items after scrolling...in fact, i just had to force quit the internet page because it hadn't loaded after a few minutes and wasn't responding (i had searched 'film'). hopefully this'll help get things working! thanks!
